Orlight is proud to be supporting the ongoing Newcombe House, Notting Hill Gate development with a refined architectural lighting package for the CAT A office fit out.
Now also known as Notting Hill Place, the project forms part of a major mixed-use regeneration scheme in West London, bringing together premium office space, retail, public realm improvements and the adaptive reuse of the existing Newcombe House tower. The development is currently under construction, with completion expected in summer 2027.
Orlight’s specification centres on high-quality suspended linear illumination, delivering a clean and contemporary lighting scheme suited to flexible workspace planning. The ORLINE 60 Suspended Duo Architectural Linear System provides consistent 4000K lines of light across office areas, with DALI control for adaptable day-to-day operation.
The lighting package also includes an integrated life safety solution, with GUARDIAN WH LX DALI Emergency Downlights and EXIT LUME CW DALI Exit Signs supporting emergency illumination and clear escape route guidance throughout the office environment.
Through this project, Orlight is helping to deliver a modern, efficient and carefully coordinated lighting scheme for one of Notting Hill Gate’s most significant ongoing redevelopment projects.
