Located in the heart of Clerkenwell, London, 145 St John Street is a transformed 1970s office building, delivering nearly 40,000 sq ft of modern workspace while blending practical functionality with contemporary design.
Orlight’s specification centred on bespoke architectural lighting solutions for the office areas, WCs and staircore spaces, delivering a coordinated lighting scheme with consistent illumination and a clean, contemporary finish throughout the building.
For the office areas, Orlight supplied bespoke ORLINE-100-RCT Recessed Trimless Linear Fixtures, providing seamless architectural integration with a refined trimless appearance. The product also carries an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), supporting sustainability compliance within the project.
The lighting package also included Crossline Adjustable Mini Tracklights, providing compact and directional illumination for flexible office environments, alongside ORLCL-TL Adjustable Minimal Trim Downlights, offering visual comfort, adjustability and high-performance lighting across key areas.
