Royal Gateway’s expanding residential portfolio in West London, designed to deliver modern living spaces with robust supporting infrastructure. Orlight were commissioned to supply a full package of interior and exterior lighting solutions to align with the development’s high-quality specification.

Externally, a network of FORTIS bollard luminaires in black provided durable pathway and landscape illumination, supported by high-output E27 LED lamps for efficient performance. The scheme also utilised the ORLBH16-2 surface fixtures, delivering resilient lighting with emergency backup in circulation and access zones.

Internally, Orlight’s ORLWP5 Weatherpack fittings were specified in large quantities, including both standard and emergency variants. These robust, IP66-rated luminaires ensured consistent illumination across utility and service areas while supporting long-term efficiency.

By integrating architectural fittings with dependable emergency and weatherproof systems, Orlight delivered a coordinated package that balanced design intent with safety and durability. This comprehensive approach underlines Orlight’s capability to support residential developments with both practical and aesthetic solutions.
