1-5 Lower Marsh

1–5 Lower Marsh is a mixed-use redevelopment in Waterloo, London, bringing together modernised office space, ground-floor retail and upgraded amenity areas within a busy urban setting. The scheme required a lighting package that could support a wide range of spaces while maintaining a consistent architectural language throughout the building.

Orlight supplied a coordinated package combining recessed downlights, linear lighting, LED panels, track-mounted luminaires, decorative wall fittings and exterior-rated solutions. The specification included AXIAL and NEBULA downlights for refined architectural illumination, ORLINE linear systems and LED strip for continuous light effects, and WEATHERPACK luminaires for more robust service and utility areas.

Additional elements, including track lighting, emergency lighting and decorative fittings, helped support both the functional and visual requirements of the scheme. Across the project, Orlight’s products contributed to a flexible, efficient and well-integrated lighting solution suited to a high-quality commercial and mixed-use redevelopment.
