Abbey Road - Phase 3

Abbey Road Phase 3 forms part of the ongoing regeneration in north-west London, delivering new homes and shared spaces designed to modern standards. Orlight were appointed to supply the full lighting package, with an emphasis on reliability, compliance and architectural quality.

The core apartment specification centred on the ORL6009 recessed downlights, providing discreet architectural illumination with consistent output and a clean white finish. These were complemented in circulation areas by the Eclipse surface-mounted bulkhead, delivering robust and uniform lighting in both standard and emergency variants.

For external spaces and back-of-house areas, Weatherpack luminaires were installed, chosen for their IP-rated durability and suitability for harsher conditions. To extend coverage, Falcon fittings provided high-output illumination, supporting both safety and visibility across larger zones.

Additional compliance was addressed with the integration of ORL155 emergency fittings, ensuring safe egress routes throughout the development. Together, these products created a coordinated scheme that balances performance, safety and architectural consistency across Abbey Road Phase 3.
